What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years of caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused in all interactions
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Passionate about providing quality care with dignity and respect
What You'll Do
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Provide medication reminders and support
- Assist with meal preparation and dining support
- Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Engage meaningfully with residents through activities and conversation
- Create a welcoming, family-like atmosphere every day
